Bavarian Ingredients:
1 Env. Unflavored Gelatin
2/3 cups sugar
3/4 cups boiling water
1 cup Sour Cream (can use no fat)
1 tsp Vanilla
2 Cups Thawed Cool Whip (can use low fat)
How to:
Combine Gelatin & sugar.
Add boiling water
Stir until dissolved
Add sour cream & vanilla
Chill until slightly thickened
Blend in cool whip.
Pour into buttered mold and place in refrigerator.
Fruit Sauce:
1 10 oz pkg of either Blueberries or Raspberries (Raspberries are the best)
1 TBS sugar
1 TBS cornstarch
water (some see "How to")
How to for Fruit Sauce:
Thaw & Drain the frozen berries (save the liquid)
Measure syrup (liquid) and add water to make 3/4 cup.
Blend in sugar & cornstarch
Cook over med heat until mixture is thickened & clear
Use either sauce pan or microwave... If using micro be careful not to boil over
Add fruit and chill
Unmold Bavarian & drizzle fruit sauce
